Shirtz Unlimited prides itself on providing the highest level of quality and efficiency. To help us achieve these standards, we request that all clients review the following information.
Payment
For orders under $1,000 we require payment at the time of order confirmation and invoicing. For orders over $1,000 we require 50% down at the time of ordering and the balance at pick up. Accommodations for schools are available. If you need a W-9 please let us know when you order, not when you pick up. We do not take personal checks.
Standard Production Time
Our standard production time is 5–10 business days after final order approval. (this can change quickly depending on the time of year) If your order is time sensitive please let us know as soon as possible. If you require a virtual proof please let us know. Your order will go into production after the proof is approved. Please allow 2-3 business days for the proof. Often times we are able to accommodate a quicker timeline. When you get an order confirmation please review it and let us know if you have changes.
Order Changes
If you have changes after your order has been put into production we reserve the right to add a change or restocking fee to your order.
Art Requirements
We prefer Vector pdfs in order to print and embroider your items. Unacceptable art files or low resolution images can incur an hourly art fee depending on the complexity of the design.
Pick Up or Delivery
We are open from 9-5 Mondays -Fridays. We can offer courier or UPS delivery if you are unable to come pick up your items. The cost of this service will be added to your invoice.
Due Dates
All due dates listed are end of day. If you have a time requirement (for example, picking up at lunch) please let us know when you order.
Clothing Care
Please review the tags on your items for proper care. We highly recommend washing all items in cold water. Some embroidery benefits from a touch from an iron depending on the design.
Unclaimed Items
We reserve the right to donate unclaimed items to a worthy cause of our choice. Please contact us if you can't pick up your items and would like to have them mailed or couriered for an additional charge. We will hold items for 90 days after the completion date.
